The number one most important tip in keeping wrinkles off of your skin is to stay out of the sun. Staying in the sun too long will damage and age your skin and over time, can lead to cancer. Another tip is massaging the skin. Massaging the skin increases the circulation of the blood and tightens up tissue and muscles. And, it also gives a more youthful look. Some have tried applying coconut oil on wrinkles and gently massaging the skin at bedtime. Another tip is to eat healthy foods. Foods such as leafy green vegetables and brightly colored fruit such as apples and oranges work well in attacking free radicals that take away healthy collagen—collagen that helps to keep wrinkles away. In addition, drinking plenty of cool water helps to keep moisture in your skin and inside your body.
Still, another tip that helps is a banana anti-wrinkle treatment. Mash ¼ of a banana until creamy. Put this all over your face and leave it on your face for about 20 minutes. Then, rinse off with warm water and then splash some cold water on your face. Seconds later, pat dry.

Walking benefits all parts of your body—your heart, builds muscle mass and especially beneficial for your skin because it brings blood to the surface of your skin, which helps to fight off fine lines and wrinkles.
